On July 16, 2024, LHU's delegates including Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Oanh - Head of Office of International Affairs, Ms. Van Dinh Vy Phuong - Dean of Faculty of Information Technology and Mr. Truong Thanh Long - staff of Office of International Affairs visited and worked with NewLand Education Company under Newland Group, Fuzhou, China.
Welcoming the delegates were Mr. Lin Zhiqing - Director of Product Department, Ms. Lai Jingjing - Director of Higher Education Research Department and Ms. Chen Qin - Industrial Manager.
Overview of the working session
At the working session, the two sides discussed potential areas of cooperation such as: providing textbooks and ThingsBoard platform for LHU students; training students to prepare for international competitions,…; supporting online courses; connecting with vocational training schools in China to promote faculty/student exchange programs and research cooperation,... In particular, Newland Edu has proposed to set up a facility at LHU, demonstrating its trust and commitment to long-term investment in Vietnamese education. Both sides also agreed on the contents of the MoU which will be signed in the future.
LHU's visit and working with Newland Edu not only opens up new cooperation opportunities but also marks an important milestone in its internationalization strategy.
