As digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI) continue to reshape the global logistics industry, the demand for highly skilled professionals is becoming increasingly urgent. To equip students with practical insights and career guidance aligned with emerging trends, LHU is organizing a workshop "How can we adapt to the evolving logistics labor market in the era of AI?".
Through the workshop, students will have the opportunity to:
- Explore key trends shaping the logistics job market in the AI era;
- Understand new requirements in terms of skills, competencies, and professional mindset;
- Interact and exchange ideas directly with an industry expert.
The workshop serves as a practical academic activity that contributes to improving training quality while strengthening connections between the University and industry partners in the logistics sector.
It also provides an opportunity for students majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, and International Business to gain a deeper understanding of risks in international logistics contracts, while accumulating practical knowledge and essential skills for their future careers.
