Stepping Beyond Textbooks to Experience the Real Legal Environment

Instead of simply attending lectures, students at LHU are given the valuable opportunity to directly immerse themselves in realistic legal roles and gain a clearer understanding of their future careers. In this mock trial model, every detail was recreated authentically, from opening procedures and examinations to courtroom debates and verdict announcements.

Students were not merely observers; they became the central participants in the litigation process, taking on various roles such as members of the Trial Panel, Prosecutors, Court Clerks, Plaintiffs, Defendants, and Witnesses. This multidimensional experience allowed students to better understand how a real courtroom operates while still studying at university.
